INNERMOST RIVER – Performance

Augsburg

A bathtub in the lake. Two bodies dancing in the water. Sound that embeds itself in the surroundings. What begins playfully becomes a confrontation with a powerful element – and with oneself. Electro-acoustic sounds, live modulated synthesizers and hydrophones combine sound and movement. Inspired by the waters of Augsburg, especially the Lech, the trio traces water as a mirror of inner processes. Observations become movement, associations become sound. Innermost River invites the audience to immerse themselves – in a flowing narrative between element and emotion.
